Team India captain MS Dhoni on Sunday became the fastest batsman to reach 5,000 runs as skipper in the ODI format. He reached the landmark while batting in the third ODI held at M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru. The 31-year-old went past former India captain MS Dhoni (127 innings) by reaching the landmark in 82 innings.
