Users of Paris's bike-for-hire service 'Vélib' are up in arms over the lack of availability in the French capital's massive stock of bikes. The use of Velibs sky-rocketed at the start of a public transport strike six weeks ago, but so have the repairs. Bikes are being used more, travelling further, suffering more damage and requiring more repairs than usual.
