In Syria's Saraqeb, the market, fruit and vegetable stalls are bare, shops shuttered. The rain-beaten streets are near empty. After weeks of deadly bombardment by the regime and its Russian ally, many of Saraqeb's homes have been defaced or pounded to smithereens.
