Try and enjoy this new recipe presented by #FoodFantasy.br br INGREDIENTS:br DahiCurd- 1 Cupbr Besan chick Pea flour- 12 Cupbr Water- 3 Cipsbr Ginger- 12 Tbsp (Gratedcrushed)br Garlic- 2-3 cloves crushed (OPTIONAL)br Curry Leaves- 7 to 8br Green Chilli- 2 (Slit)br Black pepper powder- 13 tspbr Gud Jaggery- 1 Inch piecebr For TadkaTempering-br Cloves- 2 to 3 wholebr Cumin seeds- 1 Tbspbr Ghee- 1to 2 Tbspbr HingAsafoetida- 13 tspbr Coriander- Handful chopped (For garnish)br br METHOD:br • Mix Dahi and Besan to a smooth lump free pastebr • Add water, Ginger, Garlic, Chilli, Curry leaves, black pepper powder, salt. Mix wellbr • Heat mixture in sauce pan on medium flame. Keep stirring till it slightly gains consistency. Add Gud and cook on slow flame for 2-3 minutes. (Can add more water if consistency is too thick)br • Ideal consistency should not be thick nor watery.br • Put Sauce pan aside.br • For Tadka- Heat Ghee and add cloves and cumin seeds. Let splutter. Add hing and pour on kadhi. Mix wellbr • Now again cook kadhi on slow-medium flame for 2-3 minutes.br • Add chopped Coriander and serve hot with Rice or Khichdi.
