Taiwan implements mask-rationing system amid Wuhan virus outbreak

Taiwan has implemented rationing for surgical face masks after the Wuhan coronavirus caused acute shortages. Two masks per person per week can be bought at government registered pharmacies across the island at a cost of NT$5 (US$0.16) each.
