On Sunday (February 16) a rescue operation resumed to find one man who went missing during a snow avalanche at Gurez valley in the high Himalaya, about 86 kms from Bandipora, northern Kashmir. br br The video, recorded on Saturday (February 14), shows footage of the avalanche, and a group of locals and police climbing to the scene.br br Official sources said a group of three identified as Arif Hussain, Ali Mohammad Lone and Javid Ahmad Lone were buried at Check Nallah on Gurez-Tulail road at 3:30 pm on Saturday.br br The rescue operation was stopped at 10:00 pm due to darkness and resumed at 7:00 am ob Sunday to rescue Javid.
