Rain lashed parts of the national capital region (NCR) on Saturday evening with reports of water-logging emerging from a number of areas in Delhi. Noida also witnessed a downpour sometime around 7:14 pm. The rain has affected flight operations at the Delhi Airport, said the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport in a tweet at 7:36 pm on February 29.
