An Indian woman in Madurai makes biodegradable sanitary pads and hands them out to underprivileged women for free.br br The footage filmed on March 6 shows Kannamma create the pads from scratch using 100 per cent pure cotton.br br All the pads are handmade by Kannamma and contain aloe vera without any chemical substances.
