R. Kelly Faces New Federalbr Sex Charges in Brooklyn According to TMZ, federal prosecutors in New York br filed an indictment accusing the singer of sex crimes br against two new alleged victims. One of the accusers, who claims she was under 18 br when she had sex with the singer in 2015, says he br never disclosed the fact that he had herpes. The other woman claims they had br unprotected sex and was br unknowingly exposed to the STD. According to documents obtained by the media outlet, Kelly is br also accused of using "force, threats of force, physical br restraint and threats of physical restraint." He is facing charges of coercion of a minor, transportation br of a minor across state lines and racketeering. Kelly's trial in Chicago was delayed after authorities seized over 100 electronic devices belonging to him. The new charges against br him add up to the total of br nine in New York and 13 in Illinois. Kelly is also facing pending cases br in Illinois and Minnesota.
