The number of offenders defying the movement control order (MCO) is decreasing, Senior Minister Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob said at a press conference on Sunday.br br He said there was an 11 decrease in arrests on Saturday, compared to Friday.br br He said the downward trend of arrests showed that Malaysians are obeying the MCO.
