Leftover Bread, Mashed Potato & Corn Fritters

These Bread Fritters are yummy & easy to make!! br Makes 6 Fritters br INGREDIENTS: br 6 Bread Slices br 12 cup Mashed potato br 14 cup Boiled corn br 1 teaspoon Dried dill br Garlic salt to taste br 2 tablespoon flour for Slurry paste br PREPARATION: br 1. Mix mashed potato, Corn, Dill, garlic salt & prepare filling. br 2. Take flour in a bowl add little water and make a paste. br 3. Cut edges of a bread slice. Roll it with a rolling pin. Stuff it with potato filling and give it a shape. Make rest of fritters similarly. br 4. Seal fritters with flour paste. br 5. Place fritters in Deep fryer. br 6. The fritters will turn golden brown when they are ready.
