Delhi police busted an extortion racket being operated from Delhi’s Mandoli jail premises. Recently, a prisoner Rustam shot a video in which he showed how many facilities he is getting inside the jail. Also, a rape victim was receiving calls for withdrawing the case from the accused who is in Mandoli jail.
