Speaking to News Nation, Union Minister Mukhtar Abbas Naqvi said, "Development could not reach Jammu and Kashmir earlier. PM Modi's government is working for J-K's overall development." He added that the Modi government is trying to make all the policies of central government available for the people of Jammu and Kashmir.
