In a viral video a traffic police person is seen taking bribe from a youth who breached traffic rule in Punjab’s Panchkula. A youth rode his scooty on the wrong side of the road, a home guard official stopped them and demanded bribe. The youth gave Rs 500 as bribe. Watch the full story.
