Snatch Grip Bent Rows, bar pulled just below Clavicles, elbows out. 5x148.5lb, 5x171lb, 2x194lb, 1-1x219lb. My left Clavicle dislocates and pops back in on EACH rep whiiiiich may be why you don't see me do these often. With elbows out and the high bar contact, Mid Traps, Rhomboids and Rear Delts get hit thoroughly.
