Kachori Chaat Recipe | Food Celebrationsbr br Ingredients:br For the Chaatbr Oil 2 tbspbr A few curry leavesbr Nigella seeds 12 tspbr Cumin 1 tspbr Paprika Red chilli powder 1 tspbr Turmeric powder 14 tspbr Red chilli flakes 14 tspbr 4 Large diced potatoesbr Chaat Masala 1 tspbr Salt to tastebr br For the Fillingbr Oil 2 Tbspbr Ginger garlic paste 1 tbspbr Turmeric powder 14 tspbr Red chilli flakes 14 tspbr Soaked moong Daal Lentils 2 cupsbr Chaat Masala 1 tspbr Salt to tastebr Kasoori meethi 1 tspbr Gram Flour Besan 2 tbspbr br For the Kachoribr Flour 2 cupsbr Salt to tastebr Oil 2 tbspbr br For Toppingbr Chopped onionsbr Chopped tomatoesbr Chopped Green chillibr Yogurtbr Tamarind chutneybr Sevbr Lemon juicebr Boondibr br Method:br To prepare the potato chaat, take 2 tbsp of oil and add all the spices, then add the diced potatoes with a little water. Cook till tender and then coarsely mash the potatoes.br For the filling of the kachoris. Take 2 tbsp oil and add the spices. Then add the moong dal lentils and cook till tender. Then add 2 tbsp gram flour Besan and stir.br For the Kachoris add oil, salt and water to the flour and knead well. Cover and rest for 30 minutes. Then roll out the dough and place the filling in it. Fold to form a kachori. Then fry till golden brown.br To assemble the kachori chaat, place the kachoris in a bowl, add the potato chaat. Top with chopped onions, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander, yogurt, lemon juice, tamarind chutney, sev and boondi.
