Then mash into a smooth mixture. Then prepare the mint chutney by adding all the ingredients into a blender and blend well. The batter can be prepared by adding all the spices to the chickpea flour and rice flour. Then add a little water to form a smooth batter.br Assemble the sandwich by spreading the potato mixture on a slice of bread. Then spread the mint chutney on it. Cover with another slice. Place cheese on this slice. Then spread some tomato sauce on the third slice and cover the second slice. Dip this sandwich in the chickpea flour batter and shallow fry. A very crispy, crunchy and tasty sandwich is ready to serve.
