INGREDIENTSbr br -Ground Lamb (can sub beef or pork)br br br -1 onionbr br -5 cloves of garlic br br -12 cucumberbr br -1 cup greek yogurtbr br -Fresh Mint br br -1 tomatobr br -Cumin & marjoram (if readily available, don't go out of your way to get)br br -Pita breadbr br METHODbr br -Place whole onion in food processor or blender (if neither are available finely dice by hand)br br -Drain off liquid from ground onion and add ground lamb, or beef to the food processorblender w one glove of garlicbr br -Mix until combined (again this can all be done by hand but it will take a bit longer)br br -Form mix into long pattiesbr br -Place pan on med-high heat w a swing of olive oil and cook lamb patties for around 5 minsbr br -While lamb is cooking make your tzatziki saucebr br -Peel and finley grate 12 a cucumber into greek yogurtbr br -Finely mince 3-4 cloves of garlic, add slat and cush with knife until you've formed a pastebr br -Add garlic paste to yogurt and cucumberbr br -Finely chop mint & add to yogurt mixturebr br -Stir until combinedbr br -Place lamb on warm pita w lettucebr br -Drizzle over sauce & top with fresh tomatobr br -Eatbr br
