Weights are doubles x 119.5 and singles x137lbbr I am simply Blessed! Finally figured out a piece to the puzzle today on Cleans & Snatches. I am thankful to the Lord for giving us challenges. There is nothing quite like sticking at a problem until you get it resolved!! Imagine if there WEREN'T ANY challenges to life?? Whether it's in everyday living or a challenge you take upon yourself, such as training, what if this sort of thing didn't exist?? How boring and unfulfilling life would be!!
