INGREDIENTS br br -Pasta (Spagatti or Linguni) br br br -Eggbr br -Parmasian Cheesebr br -Bacon br br METHODbr br -Dice up baconbr br -Bring water to a boil & put in pasta (Spaghetti will take around 8 mins) br br -Place a pan on medium-high heat then add bacon to pan while still cold (the gradual heating of the pan will begin to slowly render out the fat of the bacon)br br -While bacon is rendering grate 13 cup of parmesan cheese into a bowl with eggbr br -Beat until combinedbr br - Once pasta is done cooking & bacon is crispy use tongs to transfer pasta to pan br br -Laded in around 12 cup of pasta water br br -Take the pan off the heat and pour in egg mixture br br -Stir with fervor to emulsify sauce
