Major Anuj Sood, the martyr who received Veergati in an encounter with terrorists in Handwara in Kupwara district in Jammu and Kashmir, merged with the five elements. Only his family members and relatives were allowed to visit the site marked for the funeral of the martyr .. Special care was taken for social distancing during this time. CK Sood, mother of martyr Major Anuj Sood, mother and father of martyr Major Ghatshan Ghat Wife was present. The martyr is bowed by his parents.

जम्मू-कश्मीर में कुपवाड़ा जिले के हंदवाड़ा में आतंकियों से मुठभेड़ में वीरगति को प्राप्त हुए शहीद मेजर अनुज सूद पंचतत्व में विलीन हुए। शहीद के अंतिम संस्कार के लिए चिन्हित स्थल पर केवल उनके पारिवारिक सदस्यों और रिश्तेदारों को ही आने की अनुमति दी गई थी ..इस दौरान सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का खास ख्याल रखा गया था।श्मशान घाट में शहीद मेजर अनुज सूद के पिता सीके सूद, मां और पत्नी मौजूद रहे। शहीद को उनके मां-पिता ने नमन किया।
