Beat three eggs till fluffy. Add the remaining ingredients. When combined, pour into the greased pan and bake at 180°C 350°F for 30 – 35 minutes. Take a can of pineapples and pour its juice on the cake. Beat ½ cup cream and add castor sugar till the cream thickens. Decorate the cake with the cream, pineapples and cherries.
