While giving briefing of the accident, NDMA said that in the initial investigation report it was found that the accident occurred due to a problem in the gas valve.

आंध्र प्रदेश के विशाखापट्टनम में एक फार्मा कंपनी में गैस लीक की वजह से 11 लोगों की मौत हो गई है. जबकि आस-पड़ोस के कई गांव प्रभावित हैं. NDMA ने हादसे की ब्रीफिंग देते हुए कहा कि शुरुआती जांच रिपोर्ट में पता चला कि गैस वॉल्व में दिक्कत की वजह से हादसा हुआ.
