Eggless Mayonnaisebr br INGREDIENTSbr Chilled milk - 60 millilitresbr Sugar - 1 teaspoonbr Salt - 12 teaspoonbr Black pepper - 14 teaspoonbr Mustard powder - 12 teaspoonbr Oil - 120 millilitersbr Vinegar - 2 teaspoonsbr br PREPARATIONbr 1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except vinegar and blend till the milk and oil combines.br 2. Add 2 teaspoons vinegar and blend again until the mixture begins to thicken and emulsify.br 3. Transfer this mixture into a bowl or glass container to store.br 4. Eggless mayonnaise can be stored atleast for a week when refrigerated.
