(35,27 oz.) of clamsbr br - 250 gr. (8,82 oz.) of peeled prawnsbr br - 1 onionbr br - 2 potatoesbr br - 3 garlic clovesbr br - 300 ml. (10,14 fl. oz.) of fish stockbr br - 150 ml. (5,07 fl. oz.) of ciderbr br - 1 bay leafbr br - Flourbr br To prepare this hake stew with prawns and clams, follow the next steps:br br - Cook the clams and remove the shells.br br - Peel the onion, garlic cloves and potatoes.br br - Chop the onion and garlic cloves.br br - Cut the potatoes into squares.br br - Sauté the onion and garlic cloves.br br - Flour the hake slices.br br - Brown the hake slices in a pan with hot oil.br br - Place the onion with the garlic, the hake slices, the prawns, the clams, the potatoes, the two glasses of water, the cider and the bay leaf on a suitable oven tray.br br - Cook at 180ºC for 30-40 minutes.
