Chicken Fajita Thin Crust Pizza Recipe | Food Celebrationsbr br Ingredients:br For the doughbr Yeast 1 tbspbr Sugar 1 tbspbr Warm water 12 cupbr Flour 3 cupsbr Oil 1 tbspbr br For the Marinationbr Boneless chicken cut into strips 350 gbr Soy sauce 1 tbspbr Hot sauce 1 tbspbr Lemon juice 1 tbspbr Pepper 1 tspbr Salt to tastebr Paprika 1 tspbr Cumin 1 tspbr Oregano 12 tspbr Red chilli flakes 12 tsp (optional)br Oil 2 tbspbr Chopped Garlic 1 tbspbr 2 Chopped green onionsbr 1 sliced tomatobr 1 sliced red bell pepperbr 1 sliced onionbr 1 slice green pepperbr Pizza saucebr Shredded mozzarella cheesebr Sliced jalapenosbr Olivesbr Tomato saucebr br Method:br Take 1 tbsp of yeast, add sugar and ½ cup warm water. The yeast will be activated in 10 minutes. Add this mixture to 3 cups flour. Add salt to taste and knead the dough by gradually adding a little water. Let to proof for 1 – 1 & ½ hour till the dough is doubled in size.br Marinate the chicken with all the spices for at least 1 hour. Take 1 tsp oil and add the chopped garlic. Add the marinated chicken and cook. Add the sliced tomatoes, bell peppers, onions and lemon juice.br Roll out the dough. Spread the pizza sauce in the dough. Add the chicken mixture. Spread the shredded cheese. Decorate with bell peppers, sliced onions, tomatoes, jalapenos and olives. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 – 20 minutes.
