Crispy Corn Chaatbr br Servings - 2 - 3br br INGREDIENTSbr Water - 500 millilitersbr Sweet corn - 200 gramsbr Corn flour - 20 gramsbr Salt - 12 teaspoonbr Red chili - 14 teaspoonbr Black pepper - 12 teaspoonbr Cumin powder - 14 teaspoonbr Garam masala - 12 teaspoonbr Rice flour - 25 gramsbr Water - 2 tablespoonsbr Oil - for fryingbr Onions - 40 gramsbr Tomato - 1 12 tablespoonsbr Green chili - 1 tablespoonbr Coriander - 2 tablespoonsbr Black salt - 12 teaspoonbr Chaat masala - 1 teaspoonbr Red chili - 14 teaspoonbr Lemon juice - 2 teaspoonsbr br PREPARATIONbr 1. Heat 500 milliliters water in a pan, add 200 grams sweet corn and stir well.br 2. Bring it to a boil.br 3. Boil for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.br 4. Remove it from heat and drain the sweet corn.br 5. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 20 grams corn flour, 12 teaspoon salt, 14 teaspoon red chili, 12 teaspoon black pepper, 14 teaspoon cumin powder, 12 teaspoon garam masala, 25 grams rice flour and mix it well.br 6. Add 1 tablespoon water and mix it well.br 7. Again add 1 tablespoon water and mix it again.br 8. Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until dark brown and crispy.br 9. Transfer this into a mixing bowl, add 40 grams onions, 1 12 tablespoons tomato, 1 tablespoon green chili, 2 tablespoons coriander, 12 teaspoon black salt, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 14 teaspoon red chili, 2 teaspoons lemon juice and mix all the ingredients well.br 10. Serve.
