Mumbai's Prem Thakur has done a brilliant job by building a car from scrap items. He has prepared the car after watching internet videos and it has the capacity to run at least 7-8 kms in one liter. The car is named Peyod and can notch up good speeds equivalent to nearly 80-90 Kmhr.
