"Mukherjee sir", none other than the country’s first citizen, will yet again chart the evolution of Indian politics on Teachers’ Day at a school in the President’s Estate. For the second year in a row, President Pranab Mukherjee will don the hat of a teacher on this occasion as requested by the Delhi government, Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia said today.
