Parliament today witnessed a stormy session over imposition of President’s Rule in Uttarakhand and Arunachal Pradesh. Congress today created ruckus in Parliament, accusing the Modi dispensation of toppling democratically-elected governments of opposition parties, a charge rejected by Home Minister Rajnath Singh.
