Rains and mild hailstorm ensured a rocky start to the World Culture Festival organised by Sri Sri Ravi Shankar on the floodplain of Yamuna in Delhi on Friday. Also the planned Yoga program got deterred by the rains and hailstorm in DelhiNCR.
