Sweeping up the Rajouri Garden assembly constituency, Akali Dal candidate Manjinder Singh Sirsa who fought the bypoll on BJP ticket won the elections. Alongside Delhi, BJP also won Himachal's bhoranj and Assam's Dimaaji.
