In a shocking incident on Thursday, a DCW volunteer was allegedly beaten up with iron rod and her clothes was ripped apart before parading her in the lanes of Delhi’s Narela locality. The incident took place a day after the 33-year-old helped the Delhi Commission for Women bust a liquor racket in the area, PTI reported.
