Self-styled godman Asaram, on Wednesday, was convicted for raping a teenage girl in his ashram five years ago. The judgement came as a shock for Asaram and he, reportedly, broke into tears after being found guilty. Reports suggest that Asaram's health began deteriorating post conviction and doctors were rushed inside the court.
