Johnson & Johnson announced on Tuesday they will stop selling their popular talc Baby Powder. br br According to Reuters, the decision will affect only the United States and Canadian markets. br br J&J says demand has waned in the wake of what they called "misinformation" about the safety of the product.br br The company has faced scrutiny since a 2018 report showed they knew for decades that asbestos lurked in their talc.br br J&J faces more than 19,000 lawsuits from consumers and their survivors claiming its talc products caused cancer.br br Many of the cases are pending before a U.S. district judge in New Jersey.
