A fire that has ravaged an industrial building in St Helens, UK has been declared a "major incident" by local authorities on Wednesday (May 20).br br Footage shows large plumes of smoke rising from a warehouse blaze in the Earlestown area.br br According to local reports, roads surrounding the area have been cordoned off as at least 15 fire engines attended the fire.br br The filmer said: "The thick black smoke can be seen for miles.
