INGREDIENTSbr br - 8020 ground beefbr br -Potato bunbr br -American Cheesebr br -Mayobr br -Ketchupbr br -Pickled relishbr br METHODbr -Loosely pack meat into ballsbr -Preheat a pan on med-high heatbr -Place meat on pan (no butter or oil added) br br -Smash down on meat until thin (don’t worry if it breaks up, this is where you’ll get all those gnarly crispy bits)br -Cook 2 min & flip (make sure to get all the way underneath the meat and scrape hard with spatula) -Flip and top with cheese( don’t worry if the meat falls apart a little, the cheese will hold it togetherbr -Mix 2 Tbsp mayo with 1 Tbsp of ketchup and relishbr -Stack your burgers and eat that shit
