Resistors in Parallel Connection in Physics | What is Parallel Connection in Resistors | Parallel Connection

Hey! This is Anil and I am going to explain you about Equivalent Resistors in Parallel Connection and explain you about the equation of combination of parallel connection in this video so watch this full video and I am sure that at last you will come to know about what is parallel resistors and what is equation of parallel resistors. So I hope you will enjoy this video. For better understanding you can follow the notes given below:-br br Combination of Resistors in Parallel Connection:-br br If there are more than one path for the flow of electric current in a circuit then the combination of such resistance are called “Resistors in Parallel Connection”.br Consider resistors R1 R2 R3 which are connected in parallel. The current splits into three and flows through the each resistors but the voltage remains same across each resistors.br Therefore total current I = i1 + i2 + i3br The potential difference across R1 = V1 = i1R1 =} i1 = vR1………………. (1)br The potential difference across R2 = V2 = i2R2 =} i2 = vR2……………….. (2)br The potential difference across R3 = V2 = i3R3 =} i3 = vR3…………………. (3)br In each case of parallel connection the equivalent resistance (R) and current (i) thenbr Ip = vRp……………….... (4) br Therefor ip = i1 + i2 + i3br From the above equations br vRp = vR1 + vR2 + vR3br VRp = V [ 1R1 + 1R2 + 1R3 ] Here L.H.S of “V’ and R.H.S of “V” get cancel. br 1Rp = 1R1 + 1R2 + 1R3 br For “n” number of resistors in parallel connection is br 1RP = 1R1 + 1R2 + 1R3 ++Rn.br br So this is the notes you can follow this and if have any doubts you can ask me by commenting in my comment box br br For more video please LIKE and SUBSCRIBE to my channel #EducationLife.
