"Beautiful America" is a documentary by Chloe Colpé and Xavier Carcelle (Editing by David Jungman) about the California-based photographer Doug Biggert, author of the Hitch-Hikers collection (see the photography book "Hitch-Hikers" edited by Husson Editeur in 2007, Belgium - see ) who had been shooting hitch-hikers on the US roads since 1973. This documentary gives a view of the choices of Doug Biggert in terms of photography, his views about the current american society and a feedback on the past years on the US roads. This documentary had been edited in Paris by David Jungman and subtitled in French by Alexandre Montaru.
