Footage from Bourton-on-the-Water in the Cotswolds this lunchtime (25 May) which was packed with visitors despite signs stating the village was shut. One sign at the entrance to the village read: "Keep away."br br Despite the warning signs and lockdown measures, many people were seen on the riverbanks enjoying ice-creams in the sunny, warm weather.
