Members of 53rd Engineering Brigade of AFP help together to build the 320 bed capacity quarantine facility in Cebu City. The said facility will serve as a back-up Barangay Isolation Center that will cater asymptomatic COVID-19 patients. Construction cost is estimated around 3.4 million pesos and it was funded by private sectors.
