For many people - one of the worst things about the lockdown is not being able to have a haircut. Barber-shops and hair-dressers have been closed in countries all around the world. But now in Russia - those restrictions are being eased - and for one barber-shop it couldn't happen a moment too soon - as the BBC's Tim Allman reports.
