2nd Ramadan Iftar br Making easy cook haleem br br br 1. Heat half oil, 2 large Onion, Green chili’sbr 2. 12 tsp Garlic Pastebr 3. 12 tsp Ginger Paste br 4. Salt to taste br 5. Cinnamon stick 1br 6. Clove 3-4br 7. Bay leaves br 8. Green Cardamom 3-4br 9. When the onion get gold put the Shan Easy Cook Haleem Masala. Stir fry for few minutes. Or If you want more masala your own .. you can put.. br 10. Add meat or goat br 11. Cover and cook on low heat until meat is completely tender (about 4-6 hours). Stir occasionally.br 12. Than put the second packet pulses & grain maxbr 13. Add 1-2 cups water if desired.br 14. You can put tomato or not br 15. Cook on low heat for 20-30 minutesbr 16. You can put cilantro br 1. Heat remaining gheeoil and fry the sliced onions until golden. But I had onions fried packet that I get from store .. when your haleem is done you can design with fry onions, chili’s, cilantro,ginger and cucumber..
