Malaysians returning from overseas must observe strict self-quarantine rules at home, says Datuk Seri Ismail Sabri Yaakob.

The Senior Minister said that on Saturday, adding that individuals who had to undergo self-quarantine should confine themselves to their rooms and not mingle with their family members.
