With a view to increase rural employment, especially among migrant workers who have returned home during the Covid-19 lockdown, Prime Minister Narendra Modi today launched the Garib Kalyan Rojgar Abhiyaan. The programme, launched from village Telihar in Bihar's Khagaria district was launched by the prime minister via video-conferencing.
