A cut-and-shut minivan was seen driving along a road with a trailer replacing the rear wheels.br br The metal frame had been welded onto the back of the mud-covered Hyundai people carrier in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. br br A shocked motorcycle rider noticed the dangerous vehicle on June 20.br br They said: ''The trailer was rusty and looked like it could break. If it snapped then the van would surely crash.'' br br Cut-and-shut cars are made by welding together to two old vehicles to make a new one.
