The Galana Kulalu irrigation project in Kilifi and Tana River counties to be subjected to a viability test before handover to the private sector, Interior Ministry Principal Secretary Karanja Kibicho said. He said the fact-finding mission allowed them to evaluate the viability of this project and suitability for it's continuation or not.
