Police has recovered a black bag from the Vikas Dubey encounter site. It is believed that the bag will belong to Vikas Dubey. The accident-prone vehicle of UP STF has been pulled and taken to the local police station. Gangster Vikas Dubey, most wanted for 8 policemen murder, was shot dead in an early morning encounter. After a police convoy had overturned, Dubey tried to flee but was injured in an encounter. Doctors declared him dead in the hospital.
