Sweet Corn Fried Rice
Ingredients:

Sesame Oil/Oil - 1 tbsp
Onion - 1 no. chopped
Few Garlic cloves Chopped
Piece of Ginger chopped
Spring onions - 1 no. bunch
Green Capsicum - 1/2 no. chopped
Red Capsicum - 1/2 no. chopped
Yellow Capsicum - 1/2 no. chopped
Salt to taste
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Cooked Sweet Corn kernels - 1 cup
Spring onion stalk - 1/2 no.
Cooked Basmati Rice - 1 bowl

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add chopped onion and saute
2. Add chopped ginger & garlic, spring onion bulb, green, red and yellow capsicums and saute well
3. Add salt & Pepper and mix well
4. Now add the cooked sweet corn and mix well
5. Add fresh spring onion stalk and mix.
6. Finally add the cooked rice and mix evenly
Its done!
