Students at public higher learning institutions will get a reduction of up to 15 for their hostel, administrative and activity fees.br br The Higher Education Minister Datuk Dr Noraini Ahmad said the discount is applicable for those who are in their second semester of their 20192020 academic session.br br Some 523,318 students in public universities nationwide are expected to benefit from this decision.
